Return & Exchanges

How long do I have to return a product?

We offer a hassle-free returns policy valid for 7 days from
the date of delivery. Additionally, you have a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

Do you provide reverse pick-up services?

Yes, we offer reverse pick-up services at no additional cost. Pick-up attempts will be made twice. If unsuccessful, you may need to send the shipment back to the company address.

What if the reverse pick-up service is not available in my area?

Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability in your area pin-code. If the service is unavailable, you will need to arrange to send the shipment back to our company address.

How are returns for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders processed?

For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided within 5 working days from the day of return pickup. This code will be sent to your registered email address/contact number.

Can I return products that have been worn or are in poor condition?

Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. If items are returned in poor condition or clearly worn, a refund will not be provided.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

Please allow 7 days for the return to be processed, and the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account. Note that refunds/bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders/online payments.

Are shipping charges and COD charges refundable?

Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
