**Reverse Pickup Services**
- *PIN Code Eligibility:* Reverse pick-up services are available only if your PIN code is serviceable. Pick-up attempts will be made twice.
**Condition of Returned Products and Refunds**
- *Important Note:*REFUND/ BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS/ ONLINE PAYMENT MADE ON OUR WEBSITE .For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit will be issued to your email address or contact number within 1-2 working days after we receive the product back at our warehouse.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a reverse shipment fee ranging from Rs 100 to Rs 150 will be deducted per order during the refund process, regarding of the number of items being returned in that order.
Customers who choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option will be issued a store credit, which can be utilized at any time.Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during the transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packing intact. Please take video while packing the product so that we have a proof if there is any issue with the delivery.
**Processing Time for Returns**
- *Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after the completion of quality checks of the product back in our warehouse.
The period of refund may also depend on various banking and payment channels, and we will not be liable for any errors or delays in a refund due to bank's third-party service providers.

**RTO Status and COD Eligibility**
- *Impact of RTO:* RTO status revokes COD eligibility, reinstated after two successful prepaid orders.
