Domestic Shipping Policy

1. Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays and Indian holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

1. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• Shipping all over the Republic of India will be free of cost for prepaid orders. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

1. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

• MilesKart does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

1. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

1. Damages

• MilesKart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy: 

• We currently do not ship outside India.

Hand Washing:

• Hand washing is preferable for delicate fabrics such as silk, chiffon, and embroidered pieces.
• Use a mild detergent in cold water. Gently agitate the water without wringing or rubbing the fabric.

Machine Washing:

• For machine-washable items, use the delicate cycle with a gentle detergent.
• Turn the garments inside out before placing them in the machine to protect embellishments.

Avoid Harsh Detergents:

• Use a mild and gentle detergent to preserve the fabric's colors and prevent damage to delicate embroidery or embellishments.

Drying:

• Air-dry Indian clothing by laying it flat on a clean, dry towel. Avoid hanging heavy or embroidered pieces, as this can cause stretching.
• Do not wring out wet garments, as it may damage delicate fabrics and embellishments.

Ironing:

• Iron clothing inside out to prevent direct heat on embellishments or delicate prints.
• Use a low to medium heat setting based on the fabric type to avoid scorching.
